Failures and maintenance
In case we have failures or planned maintenance we will notify you on this page. If you are facing a problem which is related to reported problems or maintenance below we kindly ask you not to contact our helpdesk. We are working on a solution.
If we are planning individual server maintenance we will sent an e-mail to the e-mail address known in the Ensim control panel (you can change it yourselves).

Information:
A while ago Digitalus Webhosting B.V. has taken over the customers and services from YourWWW. Until today all domains were still located on the nameservers from YourWWW.
In order to give old-YourWWW customers the same same functionalities as our other customers we have imported all domains into the nameservers of Digitalus. During the next days we will request some nameserver changes with the different registrars to finish this process.
